Virtual Bookkeeping Services
We utilize QuickBooks Online accounting software to manage your business’s books, which provides an online/virtual experience for you. We intake and manage documents exclusively online.
All proposals provide general bookkeeping services below:
1.) Classify transactions from bank, credit card and loan data throughout the month
2.) Process bank, credit card and loan account reconciliations on a monthly basis
3.) Update asset movements, liability movements and equity accounts monthly.
4.) Keep your books audit-ready for when you need it most. Clean records are needed to apply for a business loan, to make an equipment or vehicle purchase, solidify an entity structure or tax structure change, or simply to have a valuation done for a business sale preparation or acquisition to grow. You never know when you’re going to need the specifics, so they’re done for you, continuously.

Financial Reporting & Interpretation
Provide accurate report packages including a Balance Sheet and a Profit and Loss Statement on a monthly basis.
Yearly, we provide 1099 reports (if applicable) and a tax-ready report package to provide to your tax preparer.
Other custom reports provided as needed for various services, at various frequencies.
Virtual consultation with interpretations of reports and analysis against goals and prior months’ performance is provided monthly.
